Dear Customers, Here at K-Cafe, our primary focus is our customers, we strive to always bring you the best dine in experience and ensure that you leave happy. We are very sorry if we let you down today, Dec. 5th as we couldn’t take care of all of our customers due to customer overload and understaffed. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and the unprofessionalism of this situation. We want to be completely transparent with all of you. We just reopened this week and wer...e having problems with our POS systems. Due to this, we had to process the orders manually which took a lot longer. Today completely caught us by surprise, we were completely booked. We didn’t even have enough tables and supplies to provide for everyone as most of our supplies ran out 2 hours before closing. We sincerely apologize to those who made a reservation but couldn’t get a table. We have learned from this experience and can assure you that we will do better. Our mistakes today have poorly represented our café and the K-café team. We hope that you can find a way to look past this and give us another chance. We will do everything in our power to provide you the better experience. If you were unhappy with your experience today, please reach out to us, we would love to have the opportunity to make it up to you
