This has been my mantra over the last 9 months since being introduced to the healing wisdom of Ayurveda. Although I'm transitioning into a new role as a counselor, coach, guiding light and grounding force for others, I am nowhere near perfect and I will always keep it real with myself and others about where I'm at on my path. This has been such an important step on the journey for me - along with patience and compassion. Wherever you're at is perfect. Acknowledge. Evolve. Grow.

I will be putting the final touches on my office space over the weekend with the help of some amazing friends, and will be ready to begin building my practice starting next week.
