The numbers are in for the first quarter of the 2021 real estate market. It has been quite a year so far! There are many buyers right now and it is an excellent time to sell. Having represented many sellers and buyers on the Peninsula, we know exactly what it takes to get you the b...est results. Please contact us any time to talk about your home or just to catch up on the market. In the meantime, stay safe and we wish you good health. Questions? Always happy to help. If it is true that almost everything we become and accomplish in life is with and through other people, then the ability to connect and create a rapport with them is the most important skill that we can learn.
Spaces with two purposes will definitely be better than one. After a year of spending more time at home than ever, we truly realized the importance of multifunctional rooms and furnishings. Whether it’s adding an office area to a bedroom, a dining room that doubles as a play area or a living room that serves several purposes, thinking about how a room can function better will be at the forefront of design.

Informal banquette seating at the island makes great use of the space and also gives it a different feel. This is creative
Home is where life resides, memories are created, friends are always welcome and family is forever.
An amazing testimonial from a great client. Thank you for the kind words.
Multi-generational homes are a great option for many families. If you’re looking for ways to accommodate the needs of multiple generations, consider adding some of these features to make your home more accessible and navigable. - ... Falling down when entering or exiting a tub can be a big concern for some people. Installing a walk-in tub or shower can help prevent injury. If your home has any stairs (even just one or two high) that don’t have handrails, consider adding some. This upgrade won’t break the bank and can protect those you love when going up and down the stairs. Handrails can also help getting in and out of the shower or toilet. - There are a lot of places in your home that could be tripping or slipping hazards. Make sure you don’t have cords on the ground and make sure your rugs don’t interfere if someone in your home uses a walker. You can also make the shower and stairs safer by adding non-slip strips. Some homes also require more extensive upgrades, such as widening the doors or hallways. If you or someone you know is looking for a house that is already well-suited for a multigenerational home, let me know! I can help find a home that will meet all of your needs.
Right across from our office is Triangle Park. It’s at the intersection of Portola & Alpine Road. This is a popular park as it’s used as a rest stop for cyclists and those who are out walking. Picnic tables are available, along with Portola Cafe Deli Pizza Burgers and Robert’s Market located nearby.
Batter up!! We’re so happy that baseball is now back with opening day this week, April 1! Who are you rooting for?
For the first time in a year, Palo Alto Unified elementary school students will be able to return to school five days a week in person starting in April, Superintendent Don Austin announced on Tuesday evening. His announcement followed several critical changes driving school reopenings. Santa Clara County moved into the state's orange tier of public health restrictions on Tuesday. The California Department of Public Health adopted over the weekend new guidance from the Cente...rs for Disease Control and Prevention that halved the recommended spacing between masked students in classrooms from 6 to 3 feet, allowing schools to increase capacity. And in the district, 90% of employees are either fully vaccinated or have received their first COVID-19 vaccine shot, Austin said. https://www.paloaltoonline.com//elementary-schools-to-reop
