Almost 36 weeks pregnant, and finally pausing from massage until after delivery!! I am so thankful for all of my clients who have been understanding and patient with my growing belly and constant need for potty breaks!! I will be sure to reach out to everyone once I start back up.. I do not have a set schedule, but will listen to my body and plan to start as soon as I can. :) I will miss everyone for a couple months, but I will be back before you know it!

Yes!! Great article debunking any and all fears associated with massage during pregnancy!! What's the #1 issue with miscarriages or preterm labor STRESS.. massage aids in reducing stress!! The old wives tails circulating need to be laid to rest.. I myself received a prenatal massage last week, and was so so soo disappointed when she refused to massage my feet and wouldn't work on me deeper than rubbing oil into my skin.. I was not impressed, and with 10 years massage experien...ce, this article rings true for my own experience, my own practices, and my own beliefs. Hopefully those with false fears, or hesitations can read this article in full, yes, it's long but worth it, and conclude that they can be comfortable receiving prenatal massage, or feel at ease with their loved one receiving a prenatal massage.. I do specialize in this massage, and one thing ALL of my mommy clients have said about my massage is that I don't treat them like a delicate flower. Wow! I can't even describe my excitement and happiness! These last few weeks I've seen a dramatic increase in clients rebooking. And new clients scheduling! This journey has only just begun, and I am just so thankful for everyone who keeps coming back, or who have referred me to their friends and family!! I am doing what I LOVE! Keep it coming!!
