You can’t really prep yourself for losing someone. My husband lost his best friend - his dad a few short weeks ago. Our family lost the sweetest man who was always happy and kind to everyone. The shock of it is strong and we are finding peace that he is in heaven. Thank you to everyone who showed up for us in so many different ways. You have no idea how much it has meant to us. Can’t walk this journey alone.

This cute house in HB closed last week. We lived just down the street from them when we had condos in Newport and no kids haha. I would like to go back to that life for a day ok maybe two. So happy for our friends to have such a beautiful new home close to the beach and all the things. We love you Fehers!

OC Market Update 1. Rates are still extremely low under 3%. Now is the time to refi if you haven’t taken advantage yet. 2. Buyer demand continues to stay strong which is leading to homes selling quickly. ... 3. Even though everyone says inventory is low...we are adding more homes to the market than we did last year. 4. Median list price for single family homes last month was $955,000. The median sold price was $918,000. 5.
