I could not be prouder of this 7 year old girl that I tutor! She has been working so hard on her reading and writing with me and it thrills me to see her confidence grow each week. Today she wrote the sweetest letter to her mom and was so proud that she could do this. When you’re helping a 2nd grade girl improve her reading and understand the different letter sounds in so many words, a stuffed dolphin puppet is essential to keep it fun! All packed and ready for work tomorrow!

Up late thinking about one of the awesome students I tutor in writing and a lightbulb went on how to help him when school starts. Tonight I created custom pages of writing resources to help him keep up his hard work when school starts in a few weeks. Now he will have this handy in his binder whenever he needs it.
