The man that got me interested in photography again and my partner/best friend/husband for 16 years passed away on April 1st. Even though we divorced in August of 2013- he never left my heart or my soul. It is hard to describe what the days have been like since March 25th when he was rushed to the hospital- some are good- some are just horrible and some are beautiful remembering the adventures and our whole ying/yang relationship. I will be sharing images taken by both of us on this site to not only honor him, his work, my work, our partnership and the beauty of the art we create. Rest in peace Erik Kerstenbeck- even though you did not realize it, you have a great legacy. <3 This image was taken by Erik back in April 2009 at the Butterfly Jungle in the San Diego Safari Park- Enjoy!
