I just wanted to share what has been going on with my fur baby yes I love my dogs also love to camp.We went to a state park for a quick getaway on a camping tri...p .There were skunks in the campground and campsites every night Our tent got sprayed. the last night we were there we .left to come home my Carin Terrier was deathly sick.With vomiting and diaherra triple case of the flu.Rushed our Molly to our vet and ran a lot of test and found out she was in kidney failure in the hostipal overnight on IVs and watch very closely Memorial Day weekend.Came home June 1 with meds and new food and and blood work done monthly.seem to be doing well.Labor Day and we notice Molly vomiting and diaherra again.So found out she had contacted Leptospirosis from skunk urine which is very toxic for humans and our fur babies.Our Molly Brown passed over to the Rainbow Bridge Sept 4,2019 Be aware of skunks at San Clemente state park See more
