Celtic Confections

Hello everyone! I am happy to announce that my oven has been fixed and I am now able to work on orders again. The heating element went kaboom and we had to get a new one. I am currently celebrating by making a batch of chocolate chip cookies with a splash of brandy! :) It smells amazing in here right now.

Brandy death by chocolate cake. Cake: triple fudge Filling: brandy infused cream cheese chocolate chip Frosting: brandy fudge... Topping: milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate I made this for my husband's birthday. :)

Hey everyone. I have been working on some new recipes. I'd like to propose a limoncello pound cake, raspberry shortbread cookies, maple shortbread cookies and nutella peanut butter drop cookies. Let me know what you think! As always custom orders are welcome!

Chocolate chip cheesecake bars

Finished product! Snickerdoodle cupcake with a vanilla bean cream cheese frosting, dusted with cinnamon and sugar.

Making butter pecan cupcakes tonight. Thoughts on which frosting I should use? Choices are: -Classic cream cheese -Vanilla walnut -Pecan coconut (german chocolate cake topping)... Let me know!

Vanilla bean dragon. Cooked to perfection and is purple on the inside. This pairs nicely with a simple cream cheese glaze. The flavors play off of each other. :)

New to the menu: Italian Sweet Cream Sugar Cookies Rum Chocolate Chip (made with Captain Morgan Tattoo)... Put in an order. Only $6 a dozen and I can have it ready for pick-up the following day.
