The following is a message from Ocean View High School Athletic Director, Tim Walsh, in regards to tonight’s Varsity football game @ Ocean View HS: We are looking forward to our Varsity Football game tonight. We are following all of the state and county COVID guidelines for both players and spectators. If you could share the following guidelines for spectators with your families, we would appreciate it: - We are allowing two spectators per athlete from their family.... - Face coverings must be worn at all times (covering both the nose and mouth). - Spectators must sit and remain seated six feet away from spectators of other households (our stadium is marked). - All spectators must sit in the bleachers (no spectators on the sideline). - No outside food or beverages are permitted other than bottled water. - Gates for the games will open 30 minutes prior to the start time. - Spectators and athletes must exit the campus immediately following the event. - Failure to follow any of the guidelines above will result in removal from the event. Updates to Coach Jaimez's Off-Season training schedule & fees: Weekly fees are $20 for up to 5 sessions per week. (1 FREE trial-session is available.) Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays are NOT position-specific days and will last approximately 75 min.... The focus of these workouts is on proper running technique, speed, explosion, and footwork. Times available: Mon, Wed, & Fri 8:00 am 9:15 am 10:30 am Sat 9:00 am Tuesdays and Thursdays are position-specific days and will last only 50 min. The focus of these workouts is on position-specific skills and techniques. Sessions take place at Boysen Park and Walnut Grove Park in Anaheim and are subject to change.
