I hope this message finds you and your loved ones doing well. I know school is quickly coming to an end for the school year, and there is a lot of transition. With that transition, often comes extra stress which is something most of us could use less of these days. How about some mindfulness? We have more mindfulness videos on the NOW Children YouTube Channel to support you and your elementary-aged student. Check out the last few videos; Grow Your Roots, Mindful Breaths, and sing Breathing in, Breathing Out with Betsy Rose! Do you need some time to de-stress and be nourished? These calls are just for parents and educators looking for that extra support using mindfulness. It's also a time you can ask your specific questions about using mindfulness practice with your students, your family, or just for yourself. I hope to see you then! Dear parent and teacher, We know this has been a strange and difficult time for everyone. As a parent and someone who works within education, I know firsthand the pressures and extra stress this pandemic has put on families and educators. Maybe you feel overwhelmed by all the curriculum you have received already, ... Maybe you feel like you want more content to share, Maybe you feel stressed about what more you could offer. To counterbalance that stress, I am so please to offer this accessible series of mindfulness practices and playful exercises, all created from the heart and designed to support you and your children during these challenging times. Teacher, you can share this with families that are struggling and looking for more resources or with parents who are looking for more content. Parents, this is something you can learn with your children, sit down together, relax together. Thank you for welcoming me in your home. I am speaking to you from my kids room. I bet like us, it has been up & down During the next weeks I will share a series of mindfulness practices with you to help you and your family. Tune into to our YouTube Channel a new video every Monday and Thursday. Watch them in your own time and revisit the ones your children enjoy the most.
