Recently, crypto currency Ripple (XRP) has had its share of challenges ( Several crypto exchanges have delisted it, or limited it’s access for US-based investors. Our predictions have been affected by the delisting; we base our crypto predictions on coinbase’s pricing data, and since the delisting we stopped getting updates. KAPUALabs switched now for the XRP ticker to Binance, the symbol changed from XRP-USD to XRP-TUSD, which should be Binance’s closest to previous Coinbase’s XRP-USD. Intuition says that stop-loss and take-profit enhance results and reduce the risks. Proving is not trivial though, in particular when one might have an open order and an open stop-loss order at the same time. Sequence of the execution is crucial; whether the stop-loss gets executed before the regular order, or after the regular order, leads to completely different outcomes. With it we setup several groups of prediction models; adding futures data for the shortest 3 contract durations in various ways.
