A traditional Japanese Kaiseki dinner always includes many courses with different cooking styles and always starts with a raw appetizer, a rice dish with miso soup, a grilled dish followed by a salad with vinegar to cleanse the pallet before the steamed dish. A fried dish is the grand finale and then dessert. If you would like to try this, please let us know at least a day in advance so that we can be ready!
