Irvine Kahuna regrets to share the passing of William "Bill" Woollett Jr. As Irvine’s first city manager, Mr. Woollett was impactful in numerous ways including being a driving force in the design and construction of the Heritage Park Aquatics Complex which opened in 1978 and was dedicated as the William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center in 2004 where Kahuna has been fortunate to call home. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.
