New 5.0-star Review: "After my CPAP broke I contacted Kadence Healthcare and their staff, from San Francisco to Cypress were really helpful. They arranged a time for me to drop off my CPAP in their Cypress office. There I met Eric Gerakos who (while masked) looked over my machine and determined that it's broken. He opened the side of my machine and noticed a super dirty filter pad. I told him I didn't even know there was a side filter on my machine. I told him after I fi...nished my sleep study I was told that I would receive my CPAP in a few weeks. I believe that instructions came with the machine - but I'm not sure. We had a good laugh. He got me a loaner machine and all new accessories. He told me about the importance of the AHI number and how it should be below 5. I know that no one told me about the AHI number after I received my machine. I am super grateful to Eric for taking the time to instruct me on the machine and for giving me his cell phone number so that I could text him my daily AHI numbers.Thank you so much Eric!!!" How does she know all the different machinations of so many insurance companies? I have no idea! But she does!
