What did you want to be when you grew up? And are you doing that now? Finding this picture of Will and Charlotte from 6 years ago got me thinking about vision versus reality. When I was about their age, I was certain I wanted to be an elementary school teacher... and also a stand up comedian, firefighter and also a car wash owner!... I guess looking at my career as a real estate broker, I do help educate buyers & sellers, I keep things lighthearted and fun, I’m quick to react when things go a little crazy and help make great changes in homes and lives. Who else is excited for a cozy day inside with today’s rain? @webbtravispt and I don’t sit still very often. We spring out of bed every day ready to help our children, our dear clients and our friends. Today we woke up with the sunrise and took Flash for a walk and arrived home just in time for the rain clouds.... After our @bulletproof coffee and a quick session in the @sunlightensaunas , we are ready for a high quality family day at home filled with books by the fireplace, cuddles and some yummy home cooked meals. What does your brew say about you? It’s National Coffee Day and there’s a lot to be learned about someone just from how they take their cup of joe. As for me, I have 1 cup a day of @commonroomroasters French pressed coffee with a dollup of vanilla Ghee. My favorite spot to drink it is inside my @Sunlighten sauna as a part of my morning routine and it’s always better with @webbtravispt.... Last night I blew out the bday candle & here’s what I wished for... 1) SLEEP 2) PEACE 3) PROSPERITY... SLEEP: From the day I was born, I’ve been a bad sleeper. Even as a toddler I’d stay awake after everyone had gone to bed, and that night owl still persists. This year I am committing to allowing myself at least 7 hours of shut-eye a night (1-2 hrs more than I normally get) PEACE: I am working toward giving myself a pat on the back more often instead of imagining ways I could have been more perfect. I am continuing to allow my authentic self to shine through in my business (which I lead with my heart). I will rest easy knowing that my husband and children are thriving and feel well loved. PROSPERITY: I am adding more amazing humans to my real estate team to support my careers-long momentum that I have earned.
