Inspiring news from JYS Taekwondo This past November our Master Lee competed in the fitness model division at the Muscle Mania Fitness America Weekend in Las Vegas. He used his passion for health and fitness to keep him inspired through a challenging year. JYS Taekwondo is looking forward to Master Lee sharing his fitness expertise with all of us. Hello JYS Family, We would like to congratulate our junior intern instructors on receiving the President Volunteer Service Award. These intern instructors have been working since last year to achieve this award. Through a difficult year these dedicated individuals have been a shining example of perseverance. We could not be prouder of them and their well deserved achievement, and we look forward to seeing more growth into their future will being.

We would like to thank everybody that has shared videos of their home trainings with us on social media. We've enjoyed watching them so much! If you haven't yet, please feel free to share your home training or workout videos with us via social media please tag Xplore Nation - JYS Taekwondo. We'd love to see everyone working hard together! Additionally, we've recently updated our website (jystkd.com) with videos of all of our students' forms and other instructional videos so you can practice them at home, even if you're not physically at the studio with us!
