Update: All states ( except Alaska) are now open to apply for disaster relief loans. The interest rate is 3.75% for small businesses with out credit available elsewhere; businesses with credit elsewhere are not eligible. The interest rates for non-profits is 2.75%. SBA offers loans with long-term repayments in order to keep payments affordable, up to 30 years. SBA loans offer up to $2 million in assistance. You will need financial statements, forecasts, 3 years of tax returns, net-worth statement and more. Franchise Tax Board is postponing until a July 15th the filing and payment deadlines for all individuals and business entities for: 2019 Tax returns, 2019 tax return payments, 2020 1st and 2nd quarter estimate payments, 2020 LLC taxes and fees, 2020 Non-wage withholdings payments.
