What a great makeover! I sold this home for an out of state probate seller who was referred to me by a local attorney with the Perryman Law Firm. This home had been neglected and was in very rough shape. The buyers were excited to do some repairs and now it'll be a wonderful rental for them. It looks amazing now and they are renting it for $2275/mo. Wow! I love this neighborhood off Nicolas Road near Roripaugh Ranch and Chaparral High.

Wow! An investor bought this small rental in Borrego Springs from my probate seller for $64,000 and he gave it a makeover. I drove by today and couldn't believe how cute it is. Now he can sell it and make a nice profit.
