It’s sweet, salty, sour and a hint of spice and It has ginger, lemon leaves, coconut milk, mushrooms, bean sprouts,red Curry, lemon grass, onions, garlic, cilantro and many other spices and herbs. Judys place will be serving French style beef stew. This beef stew recipe is based on a French-style beef daube, which is just a fancy name for you guessed it beef stew. Stew will be cooked with red wine and lots of fresh herbs and carrots and sweet potatoes saffron rice and grilled cabbage with Dijon ranch sauce.
