Aerial view of Riverside St Apartments. We are finally paving! Over the next 2 weeks we will pour concrete sidewalks around buildings. Start landscape and tie up all of the other loose ends as we bring this project to a close.

Pretty fun to watch! In these vaulted ceilings we do not have enough room to get the required R-value(ability to resist heat flow) out of standard batt insulation so we use a spray-in insulation that fills all of the voids and meets the requirement.

As the windows get installed this guest cottage in Ojai is starting to take shape.

After the pour... concrete stem walls in place and forms removed.
