I love watching this kid train!

This is that one time me and brother-from-another-mother competed against each other. Although I win this match, Andrew White and I constantly went back and forth with each other and pushed each other every day. One of the biggest reasons I am where I am is because of this dude.

Wonderful experience at @f2wbjj just like before it was very low stress, taken care of and well organized event. An awesome experience competing at Fight 2 Win 123 on Friday the 30th. And thank you to my beautiful wife @reinadventures for the awesome photos. I competed against a tough opponent of which I couldn’t finish with a submission so props to him for his defense, but a win is a win and I owe my teammates and appreciate their gameness in training as I prepared for this match. #modestopower #turtlearmy and a big thank you to coach Lew @lewnatics for the strength training and education in developing a high performing athlete. Overload week! Did an hour of farmers walks @ 400# and then three days later I did another workout @ 450# accumulated over 40,000# of farmers walks. Also some reverse curls for a pump every five walks. My hands are all tore up #lewnatics #powerlifting #farmerswalks
