If you had your baby and can't get those cute newborn photos you wanted when your baby was 10 to 14 days old during this pandemic? Well it's not too late technically babies are considered newborns for the first 6 weeks! This cutie is 4 weeks old! I was still able to get her to sleep and was able to wrap her just fine & get many cute photos! www.JudiJordanPhotography.com

This was the last sweet little one that came in before we were shut down with the Stay in Place orders! So looking forward to when this is over and the babies who are waiting for their sessions start returning! I think I'm going to have to hold them just a little bit longer! I know we're all feeling a little house bound right about now! But I think a little bit of the silver lining in all of this, is all the time we get to spend with our families! I think it's been a special gift of time to those families with newborns and little ones at home. Has it been a bit crazy too? No doubt!

Since we are all at home right now, I thought I'd share an image of a sweet baby girl I took before the stay at home orders were in place. To all our clients, friends & family: Corona Virus Safety Measures. Rest assured, my studio has always been kept really clean, but I’m taking it up a notch in order to make a safe environment for my clients and their families. These policies will not stop once the virus is behind us.... I clean my studio thoroughly after each client leaves and before the next client arrives. I rarely do two newborn sessions in a day, so this is very doable. I also am airing out the studio after each session. I clean high touch areas such as: Chairs Door Handles Bathrooms and sinks Cell phones and tablets My camera and equipment Mop the floor areas I am asking clients to wash their hands throughly upon arrival. I have on hand, hand sanitizer in reach for myself and my clients. If parents want me to wear gloves and a mask I will. I never have a baby in the studio if I am not feeling 100 percent healthy. I will be providing: Boxed tissues Trash bin Bottled water Individually wrapped snacks Hand sanitizer Gloves Disposable pads for under baby for diaper changing. After every session, I wash thoroughly every blanket and wrap that is used. I am using non toxic cleaners. I am also sanitizing any accessory, prop, wrap etc that was used. I am practicing social distancing Avoiding contact with people who are sick Avoid touching my eyes, nose and mouth. Rescheduling sessions when I or my family members are sick. Washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Plus using an alcohol based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Cancellation/Rescheduling Please: if you or a family member is sick, please reschedule your session for when everyone is healthy. Yes, my ideal window of time for a newborn photo session is between 10 to 14 days old, but we can get very cute photos of a baby who is older than that window of time! If I or any member of my family is sick, I can reschedule your session or refer you to another trusted and professional photographer.

I had this sweet family in for newborn photos last month. I love working with toddlers! But honestly there are like trying to nail jello to the wall! Lol! While they may not give us a lot of images, they usually do deliver and give mom and dad an image or two that the family will treasure for a lifetime!
