This issue has been on my mind for a while now....the issue of retirement. But before you freak out, read the article. The news likes to sensationalize things because they are in the business of selling papers (now more like selling ads online), so the answer is NO, social security will not run out, but what will happen is that there will be cuts, so whatever you were expecting to get will be less.
