08/06... 9 total fish to 8#s... 1 lost fish... several hns and a few wormstealers!

Out on a troll on the hawkeye with mike and mark...we got 16 keepers. .. a couple shakers... 3 lost fish... a few hns and a couple wormstealers!

Out on a troll with mike and mark on the hawkeye... we landed 6 fish including this 12 1/2# er...

Out on a troll ... isleton area... heavy winds all day trolled 4 hrs for stripers. .. and 4 hrs for salmon... we landed 6 stripers to 16#s.. had a couple wormstealers and a few hns... we trolled Silverton spinners for salmon for no luck!

Feel free to book your trip for the large summer stripers soon. Day and the very special night trolls are available. But dont wait untill it is to late... my book is already getting filled!

The new truck pulls the boat just fine... many night trips are in our near future!

The summer striper are becoming active in the system and trolling is about to break loose once again!

The spring run has come to its lull... as the summer stripers will not be here untill early July. .. it has been a fantastic spring run... and I am looking forward to an amazing summer and fall run. Ty all for your support!

Out on a troll in the California delta. With Rocky Cariglio, and steven Lackey. We got 9 fish to 9.5 #s. All keepers... a few hit no stick and worm stealers. We trolled early morning incoming through the high tide change.

09/29/14. Went out with Seon on a troll today... very slow day for us... 3 stripers and one ugly squawfish! Trolled from 7:30 am till 3:30 pm... hit she side and sac side!

09/27/14 went on a salmon troll with good friend Mike Bratschi. .. we started at fest light jigging below Freeport for no fish... then trolled for no fish... then it finally happened a double hookup of clams... lol! Ended with more jigging... saw 4 salmon caught all day! Slow year for salmon!

Ok... this is going to sound like a repeat if the other day...08/29 14 friday... out on a troll today with Mark and Mike on the Hawkeye. .. 31 total fish... half of which were legals to 8#s... 3 double headers. ..1 lost fish... many hns and wormstealers! Windy in the morning. .. nice later... 6:30 am start on the high tide... water @ 71 degrees down about 4 since Thursday! Troll should side untill low tide then lower sac side...although clown was hot the oyher day... chartreuse was the hot color today!

Late report... Thursday 08/21/14... took the hawkeye. Mike... and good friend Rocky Cariglio for a troll... 31 total stripers landed... half of which was of legal size to 5#s... fish a little smaller in stature all the sudden... 5 other lost fish... and of course the big one got away!... we got a scale to prove it... trolled sac and the other river! Many hit no stick and wormstealers! Slight breeze very comfortable!
