Videotaping form is key to making progress as well as to evaluate if you have imbalances or assymetries. For a while, I was leaning the bar lower on the left side but since I have become aware of it, I have slowed down my descent to better control my movement. Also, videotaping from multiple angles is very important too. This is set 3 of 6 for 2 reps @ 295 lbs.
