75 days ago my brother @coach_flynn_st and I needed a challenge to push ourselves. Both for different reasons. Over 75,000 workout calories burned, 100’s of miles ran, tons of sweat poured, too many calories consumed to calculate , ALL the water drank, many books read and all of the damn morning selfies !!!
