You know how some transformations just feed the soul? This was one of them. . This dear mama went a loooong time from her last appointment, and even then we just did a hairline pick me up. 2020 needed to start off right! . I understand as a working mom how difficult it can be to find time to take care of yourself, but everybody around you benefits when you feel good about yourself.... . Luckily, having amazing hair doesn’t mean tons of maintenance, and will look great with lots of dry shampoo in a top knot. . . Technical notes: Foiled babylights and foilage with Blondor and 1.9% all the way to 6%. Then toned at the base with Illumina 8/69 with a little 7/81 with 1.9% and thru the ends with 10/69. We ended up with free tickets this morning and couldn't pass up the opportunity to go to Disney Mecca, D23 Expo! It's basically comic con for all things Disney. We got to see the legend Alan Menken perform and tell stories from his career and it's just amazing how one bit of music transports you back in time. We had SO much fun and can't wait till next year. #awholenewworld #andatlastiseethelight

This awesome color correction started with some baby foilayage at the crown with #blondor and 20vol for 20 min. Then using #illuminacolor I used 5/02 with 1.9% from roots to mids, and 7/81 with 1.9% at the ends. I also alternated bringing down the dark or bringing up the light as I went. My favorite Russian! Love this friend and love how her hair turns out! For that natural blonde look, I use freelights and 30vol, and then tone with illumina 10/69 and 9/60 with pastel for 10 min.
