It sure has been awhile since I posted. Anyways, I would like to thank all of those that I have helped either by being a seller or a buyer this last quarter. I got a silver award at our Inspirational Breakfast.

I took advantage of being a little bit early for a showing of my listing in California Valley. I decided to walk the property, which climbing the face of this hill is part of the almost 8 acres with power and good water and a 1/1 bedroom, bath home.. It has some of the most beautiful views of the valley.

Wow, I have to stand and give my wife (whom I am so proud of.) a standing ovation! She received the award for the First 5 Hands on Heroes for Early Care and Education. It came also with awards from Congresswoman Lois Capps, Assemblyman Katcho Achadjian, Senator Bill Monning, San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors. It was quite a honor and one that she won't forget, though very deserving. Celebrating those who make a difference in the lives of our youngest children. Congratulations my love!
