A powerful prayer for the new year by Dr. Jill Biden

Joselito Laudencia, Spiritual Life Coach 24.12.2020

As the end of this year draws to a close, we come to the end of one cycle. Once midnight strikes on New Year's Eve, we begin the new cycle of a new year. All of Life is made up of cycles.... A cycle means something is marked by a beginning, a middle and an end. When you complete or close a cycle, you get to release the energy it took to maintain that cycle and you now get to choose how you focus your energy on a new cycle. This video is the completion of a cycle, a set of four videos where I laid out six key questions to honor and celebrate this year. So far, I've posed four questions in previous three videos: Question 1: What surprised you this year? Question 2: How did you grow? Question 3: What made you feel alive? Question 4: What can you celebrate? Now, I'll share with you the final two questions. What do you want to leave behind this year? What do you want to take with you into the new year? You can read the written version of this video here: https://joselitolaudencia.medium.com/two-final-questions-as

As part of my spiritual practice at the end of every year, I answer a set of key questions to honor and celebrate the year. In the last two videos, we’ve covered three of the questions: Question 1: What surprised you this year?... Question 2: How did you grow? Question 3: What made you feel alive? In this video, I share with you the fourth question as you reflect on this past year. ** What can you celebrate? ** If you'd like to read what I share in this video, you can visit my article here: https://joselitolaudencia.medium.com/reflecting-on-this-pas

As you look back on this year and begin to set your eyes towards 2021, reflection is a powerful spiritual practice. In this series of four videos, I share six key questions that help you to look back on this year, uncover the lessons you've learned, and tune into what you want to bring forth in 2021. In this second video, here are the next set of key questions (and probably my most favorite):... How did you grow? What made you come alive?
