Effective March 18, 2013, there will be major changes to the LA Superior Courts. Limited Jurisdiction eviction actions will be distributed between 5 "hub" locations. All personal injury cases will now be filed in downtown exclusively. These and other changes are all responses to the budget problems facing our State and our Court systems.

U.S. Attorney General filed a billion dollar lawsuit against B of A for fraudulent lending practices.
