#BREAKING: The U.S. Supreme Court has DENIED the Trump administration’s end to #DACA Huge victory for the immigrant community during a time in need of muc...h justice. It is important that we celebrate this temporary relief while understanding that the case was *not* about the program’s legal merits but about the route the Administration chose to end it. This means the Trump team is now likely to seek an alternative methodology for ending DACA, though it’s unclear what that might look like and no telling how quickly it would happen. For now - this is a huge and very much needed win. DACA recipients: We are here for you and will work on new tools for next steps. Stay tuned. See more

The new public charge rule does not affect everyone that applies for a green card or has received certain public benefits. Under this new rule immigration officials will look at all positive and negative factors related to the applicant’s age, health, family status, assets, resources, financial means, level of education and job skills.
