We do what we can

Hello Co-op families, we are now weeks into Sheltering in Place and Social Distancing from our little kiddos. We miss all of our students and families so much! As you know from emails, we are setting out your individual packets filled with our adjusted curriculum and fun bonus items. We have them available on Mondays and you can pick them up any day/time that’s convenient for your family during the week. We have set up a (private) Shutterfly Share Site. It’s a great place to ...share our photos, and even check what all of the weekly crafts look like (has a good app too). Also, current families can check out our FB Group page (also private), where we supplement additional learning and fun (and books read daily by your Teachers!). This Thursday is our annual Fall Festival!! There will be games, food, a bounce house, train ride and more. As always, our silent auction has amazing items for all ages (this year we even have a designated parking space at school!) Please join us!!

It is with sadness, but so many fond memories, that we are remembering Kathie Hammer today. Mrs. Hammer was the director at JKCP for the better part of 40 years, and she was surely the heart of this school as well. We are so grateful for the dedication and love she gave JKCP students, families, and staff for so many years.

We are learning about sunflowers & the artists who paint them - and we were able to walk right outside to see them! Thank you to Mr. Polcyn for the beautiful flower garden
