Happy to deliver the first Monday Market update of 2021! Wow, what a crazy year 2020 was for everyone. It was definitely a whirlwind of a year. But it also... was a year of growth and absolute gratitude. Our team had its most successful year yet, which we are so thankful for. If you worked with us in 2020 or referred friends and family to us, we cannot thank you enough. Although we helped many people this last year, we have a lot of clients who were unable to find the right fit before the end of the year. As you can see in our market update, NOTHING HAS CHANGED with our current real estate market. Very low inventory and more solds than listings continue week after week. We keep hearing I’ll wait to sell this spring, don’t wait! If you’re a home seller, now is the perfect time to sell! There are sooo many buyers right now. The median list price continues to grow every week in Lodi! Along with there only being 11 new listing within the last week.
