Hi everyone! You can now pick-up our LOW CARB CHEESECAKE at Starling Diner. It's in the refrigerated display case by the front counter.

If only Paula Deen knew how to cook and bake without the use of Sugar or simple carbohydrates! Checked my sugar this morning and it was normal. I eat something sweet everyday- my own baked goods!

Here's a picture of the "tapioca" pudding - sugar free and very low carb!

Okay- here is my New Year's present to you: My "Tapioca" Pudding Recipe 3 Cups of Heavy Cream 3 Eggs... 1/2 cup Splenda or Xylitol or Maltitol 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract 2 Tablespoons Butter 1 Bag of Miracle Rice Slowly heat heavy cream and sweetener over low heat. Add beaten eggs while continuing to stir mixture over low flame. Add vanilla and salt, continue to mix. Heat for 15 to 20 minutes while continuing to stir. As the mixture thickens, add butter and Miracle rice. Cool completely in the fridge before serving.

These are the makings of low carb, sugar-free "tapioca" pudding.
