Throughout 2020 countless women achieved noteworthy milestones. To celebrate women who have broken the glass ceiling, The Association of Junior Leagues International is recognizing women from now until March who actively pave the way forward for young women and girls. Kathryn M. Farmer is the first honoree. She will become on 1/1/21 the first CEO of a class I railroad in the 200-year old history of North American railroads. She has been a member of the Junior League Fort Worth since 1998.
