In California, drivers are required to have at least liability insurance. If you do not, and are in a vehicle accident, even if the other driver is at fault, you cannot get recovery for pain and suffering. What that means is, for example, you shatter your elbow, then they may pay for your medical bills, but there is no obligation to compensate you for the pain you suffered from having the broken elbow. The driver is only required to pay for economic damages. There are always exceptions, but those are few and far in between. So, please, at a minimum, carry liability insurance.

The worst thing is meeting a new potential client who has suffered a work place injury, but not being able to assist then in obtaining Justice because they waited to long before contacting you. In California, if you are married, you only have 2 years to challenge the presumption that you are the father of a child conceived while you are married. After that, you are pretty much stuck with the determination even if it turns out that you are not the biological father. Be proactive in protecting your rights.

Please do not distribute videos of sexual conduct with a minor. Doing so is generally a felony at both the state and federal level. Don't share it even innocently. Delete it and report it to the authorities. If you get it over facebook or some other social media, delete it and report it to them as well. Possession of child porn is no joke. Just read about people spreading it over FB in an effort to catch the guy in the video. This is all bad all around.
