This weekend we'll have Sammi and Beck Marulanda teaching a really fun seminar! For those who don't know Beck they've been a 3 time panamerican champion for kata in the Youth division, multiple time member of the US team, Women's national Kumite champion in 2019, and at least 3 time vice-champion for women's kata at the national tournament. At 18, theyre already a Sandan! Of coures our own Sammi was at the world championships in 2017 and placed in the top 8 in BOTH kata and K...umite, and at the 2019 panamericans they earned bronze in kumite I'm looking forward to this a lot ! Quick Announcement! If you would like, you make forego your full gi's for this training and elect to wear comfortable clothing such as gi pants and a t-shit or tanktop! If you have a yoga mat, Natsumi-sensei has suggested that you use it. We look forward to this delightful seminar and a fresh set of exercise to work with!

We took last weekend off, but this coming weekend we'll host a very special "Health and Wellness" seminar focusing on longevity, Injury prevention, and flexibility training for Karate-ka! Natsumi Sugiyama will focus on applying her vast knowledge of Yoga to enhance training for karate-ka, and Jorge Torres will apply his professional training in physical therapy to guide proper training with longevity in mind! We can't wait!
