This is my bit for the @cowboyartsandgear museum, @j.m.capriola bit contest next week, January 31 in Elko Nevada. It will be up for auction there and you can find out how to bid at @cowboyartsandgear My design is based on the old G. S. Garcia Dandy spur pattern because to me that is one of the most iconic patterns of one of the greatest all time builders. I hope it makes people remember those great craftsmen. Here’s the pictures of the bit rebuild. I’m very happy how it turned out. Now I want to find a set for myself.

Finally finished. I’m very excited to be part of his contest. I’m really looking forward to meeting all those involved.
