I was nominated for this woman empowerment challenge, so I decided to research the proper hashtags and found that this flood of black and white photos while with what is thought to be good intentions is actually completely burying the true meaning which was to bring awareness to the women who are being abused and murdered in Turkey with no Justice. #factcheck .... . "But where do you get your protein?" . . Is always the question I get when I say I haven't eaten any animal foods in 2 1/2 years. As if people, aside from fitness enthusiasts and bodybuilders even track there protein intake to begin with lol. I get my protein through vegetables, whole grains, beans, plant milks, nuts, seeds, etc...all cruelty free .... . Question is, WHERE do YOU get YOUR PROTEIN??? DO YOU KNOW THE SOURCE? I usually like to hit rear delts with high face pulls, but I figured I'd start incorporating this style into my pull days, inspired by my gym homie @mattogus ....this range of motion will def take some getting used to. Comment below what you think about it. . . If you still drink milk for Calcium, there is only 276g in cow's milk vs 288g in Rice Milk, 300g in Soy, 459g in Coconut, 481g in Almond, 350 in Oat, and 300 in Hemp. Every plant milk has more calcium than cow's milk. If you drink it for pr...otein than Soy milk is the closest to compare with cow's milk at 7.69g protein and Soy at 6.34g protein. . . If you are suffering in constant pain in your joints and not sure what the cause is and you consume milk or dairy products, try eliminating though and opt for plant sources instead for at least a couple weeks and see if it makes a difference in your pain.
