ATTENTION PLEASE READ!! I’m super excited to finally announce on my business page that I’m currently pregnant!!! My family and I couldn’t be more excited for this chapter, I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant with a girl I’m due in December. Many of you know the beginning of my pregnancy was a little rough for me and I’ve gotten through it. Pregnancy is such a beautiful experience and I’m enjoying it as much as possible, but it’s also an unfortunate time in this world I have to... make a decision that’s best for myself and my family to be safe. - With the exciting news, I have to let all of my clients know publicly and I will be notifying everyone privately too; I’m no longer going to be working until next year after I have my baby. Unfortunately I won’t be at The Hair Bar Salon (they’re open in September), but when I’m ready to get on my feet again I’ll be making another public announcement for when I’m going back to work. I hope that as clients you can understand the safety and importance of my own health . - Thank you very much to all my clients and clients who became friends for all of the connections we’ve shared from crying to laughing, or just relaxing in my chair to get away from reality, it’s been a honor to service you. I hope I can continue that in the future. I want to thank Gena and everyone at the Hair Bar Salon for always being an amazing team to work with I will definitely miss working with you girls.

Hey!! So I’m super excited about sharing this, I decided to film myself showing everyone who has wondered how I get my curls to look natural and voluminous! I also want you to keep in mind that my curls have never in my life looked this way until I took my curly hair journey. I’ve only embarrassed my curls with in the past 5.5 years which is how long I’ve been a professional hairstylist. ... Now if you remember me from 8-6 years ago you would’ve never seen my hair this curly or my hair ever styled this way. When I became a hairstylist I found my own hair and many woman like me who struggled growing up not knowing what’s best for our curly hair. I remember going to drug stores(Walgreens/cvs) or Walmart getting anything that looked nice or said appealing things on the bottle (marketing tactics) but those would never work for me my hair would puff out and my hair would make me feel so insecure, I turned to falling in love with heating tools . As the years passed I’ve gained lots of knowledge on how much keeping your hair healthy is what’s best for you; when you look good you feel good! I tell most my clients and friends this because it’s very true and it’s very important that’s why I love what I do! Today I’m proud to say I can wear my hair how ever I want and still bounce back to it looking like this when it’s natural, and if you feel inspired to follow the curly girl methods and take in everything I share nothing would make me more happy!
