WHAT KIND OF SHOES SHOULD I WEAR! Joints that don't move die. Shoes that don't let your feet move naturally destroy not only your feet, but your knees, hips, l...ow back, shoulders, and neck. The body is one integrated system. Take your shoes off and look at your feet for a second. Your toes should be able to splay wide and have big gaps in between them. You should be able to control how much arch you have in your foot. You should be able to stand and distribute load equally through the inside, outside, front, and back of the foot. If you can't do these things, look at your shoes as a potential problem! Let those amazing feet out of their bubble wrap and move!
