1st closing of the year with a buyer who I met on a Thursday and we were in contract by Monday. Sometimes we are hemmed in by a buyer's very specific expectations, but in this case it made my job incredibly easy - requests included a smaller space, feeling of being near nature, parking spot, good light, and near campus.
