True. Effective January 2020, there is no longer a loan limit on the VA Loan. Keep in mind, that you still need to qualify for a specific amount based on your income, debt-to-income ratio (DTI), credit, etc. So if you qualify for a $2M home, you can utilize your VA benefit and put ZERO down. How awesome is this?! ... Restrictions apply if your VA benefit is currently being used. DM me for more details regarding this.

Don’t Try to Time the Market Don’t obsess with trying to time the market and figure out when is the best time to buy. Trying to anticipate the housing market is impossible. The best time to buy is when you find your perfect house and you can afford it. Real estate is cyclical, it goes up and it goes down and it goes back up again. So, if you try to wait for the perfect time, you’re probably going to miss out. Fact: Interest rates are at a historical low. In the 2%’s guys!! ...It doesn’t get any better than this! Such a pleasure helping these sellers! They were referred by a past client...this is always the ultimate compliment and honor. They are off to explore Italy! One thing I provide my sellers with is a seller’s coverage home warranty. Of course It’s something you really don’t want to have to use. They had a leak under their kitchen sink and the warranty saved them $998 after their deductible. My husband and I stopped by Bamboo Bistro this evening right before closing. Jenny (the owner) came out from the back looking super defeated. She was sharing with us that it’s been a really slow month. Every time we go in she tells us it’s been slow. But this month has been extra slow for them.
