Hello Ironwood Hair Co Family, Valued Guests and Friends, with Gavin Newsome’s new announcement allowing salons to operate outside -there are also conflicting statements by Our California State Board of Barbering And Cosmetology (who is in charge of Our Personal and Business license) With that being said, the actual logistics of my salon operating outside is not feasible, cost effective, nor up to my standard of salon experience. There are no shampoo bowls outdoors, stations,... restroom, processors, or our basic equipment for ergonomic hair cutting. Aside from the warm weather, wind/weather affecting the cutting process, lack of accessible power to name a few. Frankly, these solutions are laughable, stressful and to be very clear, Not a representation of actual working barbers. I ask that you please be patient with me as your personal stylist as I navigate the situation and options. As always, please remember how much I appreciate you all. See more

I failed to update everyone once the salons where scheduled, so here is today’s latest update. The revised health order in effect this Friday does not include salons and barbershops. Please message me with any questions as I will be forgoing any other information pertaining to my business this week from today until June 7th. Oh yeah, one last thing. Black Lives Matter.

Thank you for your patience and participation. We will be opening as soon as the shelter in place order is lifted. What we know so far is the projected date is June 1st, but I will keep you updated if that changes.
