Get your hands on some roses! There is still space to join my inaugural rose subscription, guaranteeing you access to the best quality roses around. I’ve never done this before, but I really want to get roses directly to you, to enjoy in your home. I’m surrounded by roses year round, be it in bloom or as bare canes. As I hand tend each plant, I get to know it’s special traits, making each bloom that much more special when they begin to flush in the spring. I’m looking forwar...d to sharing that magic with you! Similar to a wine subscription or traditional veggie CSA (community supported agriculture), your can join for one month or several months, getting a chance to visit our small family farm. Presentingthe floral studio! After five months of slowly doing the renovation ourselves, it’s done. Slide to see the before pic and click on my bio link to read about the studio transformation. I’m so excited because this weekend after a year and a half, I get to see my sister!!! Plus my parents will be here so we’ll be doing a combined floral studio grand opening celebration with all the other holidays and milestones we missed (birthdays, anniversaries, last Easter, summer gatherings, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years an early Easter and a new licensed driver.) Its going to be huge! By huge, I mean a gathering of 6 where half of us are fully vaccinated and the fourth almost there. I’ll do an Instagram live to show you around while we pop the champagne.

I’m so excited to create floral magic soon, especially weddings like this one where I can feature our roses hand selected for my designs. Still not rose season. I don’t remember last year’s wait being this hard! Lilacs to lift your spirits on these last few days of winter. And yes, I just impulse bought several more plants from my favorite nursery @emerisagardens because I need more of these in my life.

Today I planted out sweet peas and potted up fox gloves. Really this all should have been done months ago, but better late than never. This is one of the reasons why I specialize in rosesI can only handle one crop’s needs!
