Jefferson State Diesel

Well, we have a friend with 40 inch tires on 24 inch wheels that can't get a real balance job done north of San Jose. What do we do? Go find some bad ass equipment and do it ourselves. So yeah, we sell tires now. Lol. P.S. fixed our friends terrible drivability problems too. Found a wheel that was 30.5 OZs out of balance. Needless to say, new wheel on its way and we will balance every wheel before mounting tires at our shop.

Took a while but Jeff's truck is done! Chris really did a awesome job making these 40X15.5 on 24inX14 wheels fit with minimal lift. Not too many guys are as talented as him. Thanks to Jesse and the guys at NorCal Paint and Body in Anderson for the paint after Chris did all the cutting and welding. Thanks Jeff for all of your patience. Thanks to Randy's off Road in Marysville, Wa for sending us the BDS lift for installation. Thanks to Mike and the guys at No Limit Diesel for their help too!

Another Carli kit with Firestone Heavy Duty Wireless controller out the door. Even got him some nice Methods wrapped in Toyos for the trip home to Georgia! Unfortunately this is what happens when you go with the other shops that say "We build the same transmission that JSD does but for $3500. You are just paying for a name." Well this transmission had: Billet cover stock internal converter, stock input shaft, stock flex plate, stock clutches, apply lever, strut, anchor and pan. Ours has: Billet Multi disk upgraded stator converter, billet aeromet metal input shaft, billet flex plate, upgraded clutches and steels with machine work where possible to fit more, billet apply lever, heavy duty band, strut and anchor, Double deep mag pan and larger better cooler. Point is, please compare apple's to apple's and build what you need but don't say it is the same. Yes you are paying for a name but we do everything that we can to make it a good one!
