Extend the leg out, keeping it in... line with the hip (unless choreographed otherwise ) Keep both hip bones perfectly level Avoid leaning your torso away from the working leg or compensating It’s not about how high that leg lifts, it’s about how deeply we squeeze those hip abductors to initiate movement... We are looking forward to Governor Newsom’s guidelines for the reopening of gyms and fitness centers, which should come out next week. Our reopening plan is in place and we are ready to start back as soon as we are given the green light! It’s time to thank all of you for sticking with us during the closure.
