On one of my early west Torrance door knocking sessions I was invited into my client’s home to have a look. I’m no small dude, but when a sweaty, shirtless 6’3 athletic guy invites you into their home . . . you hesitate . I just found out his wife was actually home sleeping that day and could hear us causing a whole lotta commotion and gOt him in a bit of trouble later. Sorry bud. This was their first family home and with two little boys they were bursting from the seams a...nd needed something bigger. We were suppose to get the home on the market earlier this year, but COVID allowed us to take our time to see what was going on and gave Kevin, what was initially a 1 room paint job, become a paint the whole house affair.
