Another "Echo Love" piece... #echolovejg

I came upon some of my prints from Cuba. I'm not able to properly scan them right now, so these are not of the quality that I'd prefer to present them in, but until I solve some tech issues, this will have to do. I as there at the turn of the millennium - a very exciting moment.

One thing I love about travel is the discovery of traditional clothing styles and textiles. The Hmong, wherever they are, always show a particular flair for fabulousness. I was lucky enough to be the only tourist at this remote market in Vietnam, which joined so many of the local Hilltribes together. It took a 5 am 3-hour drive from Sapa to get there, but it was more than worth it. So much so that I returned the next year for more. https://www.greymattersphotos.com//Hilltribes-of-Northern/
